Beautiful garnet. Complex nose of smoke, leather and ripe red and black fruits. The ripe, generous aromatic spectrum is backed by very supple tannins which lend it a compelling edge. The finish is more free-flowing. |
Reviews

92 points – Sam Kim, Wine Orbit The wine is delightfully ripe and fragrant on the nose showing mixed berry compote, floral, toasted spice and dried herb aromas, followed by a juicy palate that is smooth and supple. It is elegantly weighted and beautifully harmonious with fine tannins, making it approachable and lovely drinking. At its best: now to 2025.
92 points – Stephen Read, Wine Matrix The nose is intense, with ripe plums, pepper spice, vanilla oak and savoury earthy tones making it complex and interesting. Soft silky tannins start off the palate with rich plums, red cherries and firm acid, all in layers make for a complex mouthfeel. Finishing of clean and long, enjoy now but will benefit from 4+ years in the cellar.
