Returns Policy

HOW do customers return items?
Simply email tim@coxwinemerchants.com.au and advise the issue.  You will then be provided with the procedure to correct the problem.  This could be a return, a replacement or a credit.

WHAT can be returned?
Faulty or damaged products.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You need to notify us of a problem within 4 weeks of initial delivery.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
This will be advised if required.
